Refund Policy

This notice explains how NeeDoh handles US orders and customer requests.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible merchandise can be submitted for return or exchange during the 30 days following delivery. We ask that it remain unused and in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase available.

Return shipping

Please obtain return instructions before mailing an item. We cover the shipping cost for an eligible return, including a qualifying change of mind, and will supply the appropriate method or prepaid label.

Order problems

For a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly supplied item, send the order details and helpful photographs. These requests are reviewed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Refund timing

An approved return is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and review. Financial institutions may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us promptly about a pre-shipment cancellation or change, although success is not assured once fulfillment is underway.
