Shipping Policy

NeeDoh provides these terms so US customers can understand ordering, delivery, and support before purchasing.

Where we ship

Orders are delivered only to addresses in the United States. Standard Shipping is free on every US order.

Order preparation and delivery

We generally process an order within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier conditions.

Tracking your parcel

The customer receives tracking by email following dispatch. Address errors should be reported without delay, but changes are not assured after the carrier has the package.

Problems in transit

For a delayed, lost, damaged, or misdelivered order, provide the available order and carrier details. We will investigate and explain the next appropriate step.
